Terms and Conditions – Gaming prizes Nov 2021: 

• The Digital Skills Academy is part of North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and is registered at Coventry University Technology Park Puma Way, Coventry CV1 2TT.  
• The competition will run from 12th November – 17th December 2021 on the Digital Skills Academy’s Facebook and LinkedIn social pages. 
• One winner will win one Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Set and one winner will win one Steam Voucher worth £50. (image is for marketing purposes and may not be the true reflection of what you receive). 
• Prizes will be delivered directly to winner. 
• We will only count one entry per person.   
• This prize draw is free to enter.  You will need to like, share and comment on the social posts.  
• The marketing department will use the information you have provided in your entry to contact you if you are a prize winner.      
• Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Mailchimp, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network. You are providing your information to the Digital Skills Academy part of North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.     
• The prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Cash alternatives are not available.     
• The Digital Skills Academy reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions in relation to the prize awarded as a part of this competition. 
• The Digital Skills Academy reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the competition at any time and without notice. This includes the ability to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary, change the specification of a prize if circumstances require it or change the entry methods. 
• You agree that if you are a winner, you will take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name, photograph and any comments in such publicity without any fee being payable. 
• Employees of the Digital Skills Academy and North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College are not eligible to enter.     
• Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.     

 Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of all these terms and conditions. 

Terms & Conditions – Employer Research Survey:

• The closing date for this competition is Friday 1 May
• Entries made after the closing date will not be considered
• The competition is open to all respondents who have participated in the
  survey
• Three names will be selected at random. The winners will be entitled to one
  free IT training courses from our CompTIA portfolio
• One entry only per person. Multiple entries will not be entered.
• If you are successful, you will be contacted by the Marketing Team. If you
  have not been successful please assume you have not won the prize
• The participant must agree to be part of any reasonable promotional activity
  surrounding the competition
• The winner will not be able to transfer or exchange this prize for any kind of
  alternative.
