You can use the skills in your daily life, to keep track of your children’s online activities, or to progress on to achieve qualifications that give your CV a boost.

The purpose of this qualification is to allow learners to demonstrate understanding of and competency in, digital literacy skills. It will help learners progress to a work role where digital literacy skills are required.

CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) is an introduction to basic IT knowledge and skills and a pre-career starting point that helps individuals decide if a career in IT is right for them. It can also help organisations prepare non-technical teams for digital transformation.
*The courses are free to learners aged 19+ employed and unemployed in the eligible postcode areas. If you live outside the eligible postcode areas, the course fee is £371.00
